Description
In this session, you will learn about the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (IGRA) and how NIGC’s authority in Environmental Public Health and Safety (EPHS) intersects with its interpretive rule, which states that the construction and maintenance of the gaming facility and the operation of that gaming is conducted in a manner, which adequately protects the environment and the public health and safety. We will also discuss the requirements of C.F.R. 25 Part 559 Facility License Notifications and Submissions plus a review of the EPHS Checklist and best practices to conduct your own internal EPHS assessment.Click here to register!
