NIGC to Extend Public Comment Period for Draft NEPA Procedures Manual
Washington, DC January 14, 2010 — Today, in response to several requests, the Acting Chairman of the National Indian Gaming Commission extended the current public comment period for the Draft NEPA Procedures Manual for an additional 45 days, until March 4, 2010. A notice will be published in the Federal Register shortly.
