NIGC Ranks Top 10 “Best Places to Work in the Federal Government”

WASHINGTON, D.C., May 16, 2024 – Today, the National Indian Gaming Commission received the distinguished honor of being named as #1 Top 10 “Best Places to Work in the Federal Government” among small agencies by the Partnership for Public Service in collaboration with the Boston Consulting Group.

The ranking was based on the results of the 2023 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey.

“We are so proud and excited to be recognized in this way! Thank you for acknowledging the work our Agency leaders have put into ensuring NIGC employees are satisfied. I would also like to note that, across the board, our Agency consists of people who are deeply committed to upholding the Agency’s mission and goals. We plan to continue to foster a collaborative environment, where everyone feels valued and motivated to continue to support the tribal gaming operations that benefit our Native communities,” said NIGC Acting Chair Sharon M. Avery.

The 2024 FEVS will be released May 20, 2024.
