NIGC to Offer Regulating Game Machine Training in Durant, Oklahoma
Washington, DC, April 12, 2011 — The National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) is offering the popular Regulating Gaming Technology training on May 3 - 5, 2011, at the Choctaw Casino Resort located in Durant, Oklahoma.
This highly sought after comprehensive 3-day training will highlight security, integrity and technical standards of gaming technology. Future trends will be emphasized to show the fast pace and evolution in the gaming industry.
Feedback from former attendees found this course to be beneficial due to the real time emphasis of the technology.
“The overwhelming response to this course is an indicator that we are reaching our core audience of tribal regulators with relevant training material that is useful now. NIGC values the input received from tribes and strives to tailor the course offerings that best reflects those needs,” states NIGC Chairwoman Tracie Stevens.
All tribal leaders, tribal gaming regulatory authorities and casino compliance personnel are encouraged to attend to gain a better understanding of gaming technologies needed to effectively regulate technology on the casino floor. A course agenda can be found at www.nigc.gov.
On line registration and additional information is available at www.nigc.gov.
